Keds had become a faded 100-year old footwear brand. Consumer Insights indicated the brand was known as a shoe that your grandmother wore. 

We repositioned Keds as a modern yet timeless fashion-forward brand and re-established its cultural credibility in the process.

I oversaw a marketing team including brand strategy, digital marketing, PR, content creation, DTC, and retail marketing.  

The turnaround was a massive success as Keds gained favor with a new generation of consumers.
